Support and drive improvements across Spiden's business operations in HR, finance, and procurement

Your profile

• Ideally bachelor level or completed apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmännische Angestellter (KV))
• Practical experience in dynamic work environment in business operations across HR, finance, procurement (internships and/or jobs, ideally in start-up)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priority tasks
• Highly analytical thinker, organised and strong sense of ownership
• Great team player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Our recruitment process

1. Virtual personal fit interview (30 mins) 
2. Virtual case presentation (45 mins)
3. On-site interview (3h)
